Dragon's Watch is a new and complex game, and some players will, regrettably but inevitably, encounter some problems at some time. If this happens to you, the team really wants to support you as well as possible.

The best way to get support is to click on the Settings (cog) icon on the Home screen, and then choose the Customer Support icon. This allows you to send a mail directly to the development team, and also sends them your player ID number, which is helpful in tracking down any issues you may have encountered. You can also contact the team via the team's support site - https://thesecretpolice.supportsystem.com/

Those methods are much better than contacting us via Facebook, Twitter etc for technical support - because we get your player ID and also the support request is automatically logged in our systems. Please note, the team is very small - the entire company is currently just seven people, all of whom are hands-on developing and maintaining the game - giant game companies have huge development, support and marketing teams - but The Secret Police doesn't. Well, not yet, anyway. It's possible that it might take a while to get back to you, but we really do care about helping out our players as much as possible, and really welcome feedback from our players - whether it's about bugs you've come across, features you do/don't like or any suggestions you have for the future.
